How does COVID19 affect your shipping time?


While products are dispatched within our tipical 24 hours window (Bank Holidays and weekeds do affect this) due to COVID19 we ask customers for their understanding as we rely on postal services to get our products to your door. While European services start to function almos as normal overseas packages will still take longer than usual. We will always provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your where your package is.




What is your typical shipping time?


Products are tipically dispatched within 24 hours. However weekends and Bank holidays will affect dispatch time. Once the product is dispatched you will recieve a tracking number and depending where you are located you should receive the package within 3-5 working days.




Where do your products come from?


Most of our products are designed and produced by me. Produce bags, shopping bags and masks are sewn of upcycled materials.
I also have a number of trusted suppliers who I handpicked for my shop.




What is the return policy?


Waste-less.at only sells quality products that we use ourselves. However if the product is not as you expected please do get in touch. We will ask you to send back the unused product in it's original packaging within 21 days and we will be happy to replace it.
